The Scorpio new moon asks us to go inward.
To sit with what is deep, what is hidden, and what is ready to be released.
A Journey Within is an evening of ceremonial cacao, guided breathwork, and a restorative sound bath. Together we'll explore emotional depth, transformation, surrender, and the parts of ourselves that often remain unseen.
What to expect:
We'll begin with ceremonial cacao, move gently into guided breathwork, and close the evening resting in a restorative sound bath.
About 90 minutes.
No experience necessary, and nothing you have to share out loud.
What to bring:
A yoga mat
Water
A blanket and/or pillow for comfort
An eye mask, if you have one
Comfortable clothing

Sarah Blasi is a certified breathwork and Reiki facilitator in Orange County. She leads monthly circles at The Richland and The Colony House, private sessions, and women's retreats.
