📣Join us for a relaxing experience of cacao, intention & immersive Sound. Give yourself time to slow down, turn inward and reconnect with a sense of calm. 🍂🍂🍂🍂🍂🍂🍂🍂As a Certified Cacao Facilitator, I will lead us starting with a Cacao ceremony we will gather, honor, connect & sip mindfully, set a personal intention and make space for a quiet reflection. Cacao is a chocolate drink which increases serotonin levels to help you relax, low caffeine, great tasting and heart opening❤️
After we are done we will sit in cozy chairs, lay on the sofas, or on a yoga mat, whichever is more comfortable for your individual needs. No need to bring anything eye covers, mats, cups and covers are all provided. Just sit back and allow the sounds of the Crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes , drums, gong & more. Allowing your body & mind to heal on a cellular level through the different frequencies of the different instruments.
Come as you are no previous experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothes and get ready for a relaxing experience.
