We will open the circle with a cup of cacao, check-in with a " What brought you here today" This is about being together in a realxed, fun-loving space. A space to share as much or as little as you want and it is OK to not know either. Come as you are!

• Bring your favourite cup for the Cacao
• Bring a bottle of water
• Requirement: This is for people who have been initiated from Reiki 1.
