Claydream: A Clay Meditation Journey
Claydream is a five-part series of group meditations that use clay as a doorway into deep, alpha-wave relaxation. Across five sessions, you'll work with clay not to make or achieve, but to slow down, settle, and drop into a somatic state of rest and reflection.
Each session is a durational, embodied encounter — no clay experience needed, just a willingness to be present with your hands and breath. The space is set with a curated soundtrack and scented with petrichor, hinoki wood, and frankincense, creating an atmosphere designed to support nervous system regulation and quiet, non-verbal processing.
When: Thursdays, 17th September – 15th October (5 weekly sessions)
Where: House of Toad, Glasgow's West End
Booking options:
• Full block (5 sessions): £140 for the complete journey for the deepest continuity of practice
• Drop-in: £30 per session, for those who want to try a single class or join as their schedule allows
Whether you commit to the full arc or come as you can, Claydream offers a rare kind of group stillness — relational, grounded, and completely device-free.
