Meet your walk leader!
Stephanie is a registered nurse and member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM). She has worked in Lifestyle Medicine and now teaches nursing students across the country through Kaplan, helping prepare future nurses to incorporate healthy lifestyle practices into patient care.
She is passionate about making Lifestyle Medicine practical and accessible for everyone by sharing simple, evidence-based strategies for healthier living. Stephanie also brings experience in financial wellness, demonstrating how healthy habits can improve both your well-being and your budget.
