Join Jess from Somatic Sabbatical through a guided Spinal Energetics and Breathwork journey.Hosted at SUR-UNDER, Byron Bay.

An intimate group event, this container will hold space for you gently, yet impactfully navigate your subconscious mind, through proven somatic healing techniques.
The 2hr class will consist of:
- A guided Breathwork flow for you to follow. It is activating in nature and requires your participation, to create energetic momentum within the framework of the body.
- Followed by a Spinal Energetics group session, which you will receive directly after the Breathwork. This is an impactful and exploratory part of the session that allows you to delve deeper into your subconscious. It allows you to lie down and just feel. Focus on sensation, processing, and quietening the mind.
- Complimentary tea with a group integration discussion
Facilitator & Founder Jess Kanellopoulos, will guide you through your session.
Jess brings the art of holding space. She's passionate about creating safe, empowering containers for community transformation.
Jess has hosted various group events, private sessions and community collaborations.
Arrive in comfortable clothing.
Mats and blankets will be provided.
