Matt is the owner of Loft Byron Bay, a restaurateur and entrepreneur passionate about people, hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
For me, Byron Bay hospitality is about more than running a restaurant. It’s about the people, relationships and connections we build. We rely on each other, support local businesses, share opportunities and create a stronger community. Those relationships build trust, bring people through our doors and ultimately make Byron’s hospitality industry stronger.
