EXTRA! EXTRA! WE’VE GOT SOME NEWS! 📰💜We’re switching things up on October 17th!
Instead of our usual game, we’re opening up the ice to our families, friends, and fans for our first PURPLE OUT THE RINK!
We spend a lot of time out on that ice, and now we want YOU out there with us! Whether you’ve been skating your whole life or you’ll be hanging onto the boards for dear life, we want you to come have some fun and support women’s hockey right here in South Louisiana!
🏒 Saturday, October 17th
9:15 AM – 10:15 AM
Planet Ice | Lafayette
$10 donation per skater to BWHA
Skate rentals and skating walkers will be available to rent through the rink, so don’t let not having skates stop you!
And of course, WEAR YOUR PURPLE! We want to see as much purple in that rink as we possibly can!
We’re building something pretty special down here, and we couldn’t do it without the people who continue to show up and support us.
Come skate with us, bring the family, and help us keep growing women’s hockey in South Louisiana!
