About this Event
Join Maleeka Smith, REALTOR® with the Clarizio Home Team, along with lending expert Andy Beigel of NFM Lending and title specialist Carly Bragg of Title Connect for a free, relaxed evening at Uncorked Wine Tastings in the heart of historic Dublin.
Over complimentary wine, you'll get straight answers from the exact professionals you'll work with when you're ready to buy — no fluff, no sales pitch, just real information you can actually use.
Here's what we'll cover:
Complimentary wine — included for every guest
Columbus & Dublin market update — what inventory looks like, what buyers are competing against, and where the opportunities are right now
Financing basics — how to get pre-approved, what affects your rate, and loan programs you may not know exist
Title & closing explained — what actually happens between signing a contract and getting your keys
Open Q&A — ask anything, get honest answers from the full team
Door prize giveaway — every guest is automatically entered. Must be present to win.
This event is completely free. The wine is on us. All we ask is that you show up ready to learn.
Space is capped. Reserve your free ticket now before it fills up.
