PLEASE NOTE: Blue Morpho Butterflies are more complicated to pin than other moths/butterflies. It is highly suggested that you have previous experience with pinning before taking this class.Join Anna of Moonlit + Windswept to learn the art of butterfly and moth pinning.
Each participant will learn to pin a butterfly/moth and how to mount it in a shadowbox! Class will last about one hour and participants will take home their pinned butterflies/moths, one shadowbox, a pinning board, a pinning guide and entomology pins. You will also learn about the history and lifecycle of the butterfly/moth we are working on.
Participants must be ages 12+ unless enrolled alongside an adult or pre-approved by Anna. - please visit the shop or email me at [email protected] for pre-approval.
Cost of admission is $111 per person - cancellation less than 72 hours before start of class will not be refunded. Non-participating spectators are not allowed. Note: You will pin your butterfly/moth in class, but it will need to be mounted in your frame at a later time.
