Lesley will provide step-by-step instructions and tips to help you feel confident and comfortable throughout the process.
During the workshop, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of materials, including meringue buttercream, piping bags, and different piping tips. Lesley will demonstrate the proper techniques for filling piping bags and using the piping tips to achieve different design effects. You'll also learn how to colour your buttercream with precision, allowing you to create vibrant and eye-catching cupcakes.
At the end of the class, you'll be able to take home all the recipes and step-by-step notes with photos to continue cake decorating at home. You'll also have a box of six beautifully decorated cupcakes to take home and impress your friends and family.
