In Buttercream Basics, you’ll learn how to:
• Fill, stack and properly assemble a layer cake
• Create a beautiful textured buttercream finish
• Use piping bags and decorating tips with confidence
• Pipe buttercream pumpkins, leaves and fall accents
• Arrange your decorations into a beautiful cascading design
• Add the finishing touches that give your cake that professional bakery look
No cake decorating experience is necessary!
Our instructor will guide you through the entire process, sharing plenty of tips and tricks along the way.
