About this Event
This isn't your typical "work out class" We are no longer shaking it like a salt shaker or moving our bodies like a cyclone, and I really think that's part of the problem.
This isn't about abs or glutes - even though you will be feeling them in a spicy way after class. A playlist so good you lose yourself to it in the best ways.
This class is about moving for JOY. For healing. For finding the beat. For dancing in a room full of women. For throwing fits and literally screaming into the void. For shaking it all off and letting it all go on the mat.
Did I mention the studio is dark with VIBEY lighting only. It's not about how it looks- it's how you FEEL. The playlist will move you through emotions. It will help you get out of your head to play - to find space and movement in areas of your body that are holding tension. All of that sweating and dancing to be followed by the most glorious long shavasana.
Buti is finding your dynamic aliveness and spark again. Playing with your edges- your fast and slow- your strength and flexibility. All bodies and fitness levels welcomed. We really mean that in this class too.
Your first class with me is free.
*Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled as we begin promptly at 7pm.
Yoga studio is located down stairs at Cafe Vino, enter through the front doors and head straight back then take the stairs or elevator down. Follow the music and fun lights.
