Presented by Columbia Credit UnionSuccession planning is not only for CEOs, VPs or owners heading toward retirement. It applies to anyone whose work would stall if they were gone tomorrow. Great succession planning is about making sure your knowledge and responsibilities are transferrable so a team member is prepared to succeed you.
This practical workshop will break down succession planning into simple, manageable steps that professionals at any level in any industry can implement right away.
Join Mike Lee of Peregrine Leadership as he helps you create your 2027 succession plan in the room, whether you own a business, lead a team, work in an entry-level position, or simply hold knowledge and responsibilities others rely on.
You will leave with:
-First “leg” of your Succession Plan built (with a framework and toolset to set up yourself, your company, your team and your family for 2027)
-3 pillars of a strong succession plan
-6 questions every plan has to answer
-5 surprises that can force a succession plan on you before you are ready
-BONUS: the 1 ingredient that holds the whole plan together
Have a question or a scenario you want covered? Send it ahead to [email protected] and Mike will work it into the session.
