Presented in partnership by Ha'oom Fisheries Society and the University of Victoria’s Balance Co‑Lab, this hands-on workshop brings together experienced and supportive instructors who understand fishing businesses.

- Personal and business finance basics
- Fishing business–specific finances
- Understanding costs, income, and cash flow
Day 2:
- Intensive business plan development
- One-on-one and group support

- A valid, accessible email address
- A rough idea of your fishing expenses from the previous year
⚠️ Important: Attendance at one of the five business skills training classes is mandatory to access additional vessel and gear funding.
