Join me for an interactive Business Planning Workshop designed to help you step away from the day-to-day, evaluate where your business is now, and build a clear, actionable plan for 2027.
The workshop begins immediately following a BNI networking event from 7:15–9:00 AM, which workshop attendees are also welcome to attend at no charge.
This isn't a seminar where you sit and listen for four hours. We're going to work.
Your registration includes my Business Planning Workbook, a fillable PDF you'll receive in advance. Bring your laptop to the workshop and I'll guide you through the planning process as you work directly in your workbook. By the end of our time together, that completed workbook becomes your working business plan for 2027 — built around your business, your numbers, and your goals.
We'll look at where you've been, where you want to go, what needs to change, and the specific priorities and action steps that will move your business forward.

A light lunch is included, and space is limited to keep the workshop hands-on and interactive.

Bring your laptop and access to the financials, reports, and other information you use to run your business. You'll receive additional preparation information and your Business Planning Workbook before the workshop.
