The MREA Business Planning Clinic is a hands-on session designed to help real estate agents turn their goals into a clear, actionable business plan.
Using the proven models from The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, participants will work through the key components that drive a successful real estate business—including the Economic, Lead Generation, Budget, and Organizational Models—and connect them back to their personal income and business goals.
During the clinic, you'll identify the production and appointments needed to reach your goals, build a lead generation strategy, evaluate where your money should be invested, and consider the systems and leverage needed as your business grows. You'll also connect your larger goals to annual, monthly, and weekly actions through the 4-1-1.
This isn't about leaving with more notes. The goal is to leave with a business plan you can actually execute.
Come prepared to think bigger, work through your numbers, make decisions, and create a roadmap for the business you're building.
