Join us for an interactive Business Planning Clinic led by Beth Nordaune, CEO of Enclave, designed to help you turn your goals for the year ahead into a clear, actionable plan.
This isn’t your average boring, stuffy business planning session. We’re getting practical, digging into the numbers, and breaking the big picture down into tangible steps you can actually use in your business.
Throughout the day, Beth will guide you through the planning process using your Business Planning Workbook, with hands-on exercises focused on your goals, production targets, lead generation, client-care strategy, and execution priorities.
You’ll also have time to collaborate with other agents during breakout sessions, share ideas, and learn from what others are building in their businesses.
All you need to do is show up ready to participate. We’ll provide your Business Planning Workbook and guide you through the process from there.
The goal? To leave with more than a list of things you want to accomplish. You’ll walk away with a business plan, clear next steps, and a better understanding of what it will take to get where you want to go.
