This practical session is designed for small business owners who want to better use Google tools and other digital tools to support daily operations. Participants are encouraged to bring their technology struggles and questions and learn how tools like Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, and design platforms for flyers and business materials can help with organizing expenses, managing files, improving communication, creating marketing materials, and simplifying everyday business tasks. The session will also introduce businesses to additional support available through Hack the Gap, including up to 25 free hours of technical assistance for eligible businesses.
