Participants are required to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements for attending the Event, and shall be solely responsible for all the expenses incurred for such arrangements, including without limitation, air travel, ground or sea transportation, hotel accommodation, meals, visa or entry permits, taxes, travel insurance or any other applicable insurance and/or other related expenses. Participants should ensure that they meet the travel requirements for entering Hong Kong and obtain any and all necessary travel documents and visa/entry permits for travel to and from their home country. The Organiser shall not be responsible for participants’ travel and accommodation arrangements or any related expenses, nor for confirming visa/entry permit requirements, or issuing any additional invitation letter, personalised invitation document, supporting letter, or other immigration-related document to individual pass holders.
