Your walls set the mood and your layout sets the flow. On Thursday, September 24, two people who work opposite ends of that equation take the floor at BNI Integrity.
Alberto Vasquez of Precision Painting & Waterproofing shows you the paint and finish work that makes a room look high-end. Michail Thalassinos of Island City Traders shows you the design moves that make a space live better every day. Alberto brings the finish. Michail brings the vision.
WHO SHOULD BE IN THE ROOM
Homeowners planning a refresh. Realtors staging listings to sell faster. Landlords updating a tired unit. Anyone whose space looks dated.
WHAT YOUR ADMISSION COVERS
Lunch catered by the Tower Club, garage parking, and a seat on the 28th floor with 50 to 60 local business professionals who showed up specifically to hand out referrals.
WHAT TO BRING
Business cards. A tight elevator pitch. And a clear idea of the best referral someone in that room could hand you, with names if you have them. Specific asks get filled. Vague ones get forgotten.

WHAT IS BNI
BNI is the largest referral organization in the world, founded by Dr. Ivan Misner in 1985. Members meet weekly, learn each other's businesses, and pass qualified referrals to each other. Only one seat per industry is available in each chapter, so nobody is competing for the same referral.
ABOUT BNI INTEGRITY
We meet every Thursday from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tower Club Fort Lauderdale with 50+ members, and we pass over $4 million in business to each other every year. You do not have to be a BNI member to attend. Visitors are welcome.
