Rey Ramsey is a transformational leader with over thirty years of C-suite experience across corporations, nonprofits, philanthropy, and government. Currently CEO of Nathan Cummings Foundation, he previously served as president of Enterprise Community Partners and director of Oregon Housing and Community Services. As founder of One Economy Corporation, he pioneered digital inclusion initiatives connecting hundreds of thousands globally to economic opportunities. His leadership expertise spans organizational transformation, strategic innovation, and social impact initiatives. Ramsey's boundary-crossing approach has driven meaningful change in affordable housing, technology access, and community development. He serves on various boards, speaks internationally on leadership and decision-making, and is recognized for his ability to navigate complex institutional challenges while maintaining focus on human dignity and potential.
Alan Greenlee is the Executive Director of the Southern California Association of Non Profit Housing (SCANPH). He has served in this capacity since October, 2012. Over Alan’s 35 year professional career, he has demonstrated a commitment to helping low-income families join the economic mainstream by supporting beneficial public policy at the local, regional, state and federal levels. Alan has designed, implemented and managed programs operating from coast to coast, impacting hundreds of thousands of low-income and underserved families. As an entrepreneur, Alan developed market making products and services for the solar industry. Drawing from the full range of his experience, allows Alan to innovate in the fight against poverty tempered by the practicalities of the real world. The combination yields efficient, effective and scalable solutions. SCANPH is a membership association of organizations and individuals dedicated to the creation and preservation of affordable housing - made up of nonprofit developers, government officials, architects, policy makers, students, and activists. SCANPH’s goal is to facilitate the development of affordable housing across southern California by advancing effective public policies, sustainable financial resources, strong member organizations, and beneficial partnerships.
