Join us for a bus trip from Indianapolis to Wilderlove Farm in Bloomington to learn about vegetable production and soil health management in high tunnels and in the field. Wilderlove Farm's farming practices focus on biologically active and fertile soil, nutrient dense crops, and holistic land stewardship. They grow a range of seasonal produce including leafy greens, bunching greens, root crops, fruiting crops, and fresh cut flowers and utilize cover crops, mulching, and reduced tillage to build soil health. This event is designed for conservation professionals and farmer leaders.

Important Requirement:
Attendees are encouraged to meet in Indianapolis and travel by charter bus together to the farm in Bloomington to increase networking and ease travel logistics. Please meet in the parking lot at 9:00 AM at the Bus Meeting Location to board the bus. When registering, please answer the question about traveling by bus from Indianapolis or meeting at the farm. If you need to meet at the farm, please arrive at 10:15 AM.

Be Prepared:
Dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes for the farm tour. This is a working farm. Expect uneven terrain, tall vegetation, and interaction with local flora and fauna. Please bring a water bottle. A portable restroom will be available. on-site.
