Every 2nd Saturday of the Month.

Location: Burwood Library - Meeting Room 1

There are two sessions:

• 11am-12.30pm (1.5 hours, enough time for 1 journal spread)
• 1.30pm-4pm (2.5 hours, enough time for 2 journal spreads)

Journaling is a great mindfulness activity that prompts us to slow down, be creative, and reminisce about the experiences that we have collected.

This is a completely free event! Scissors, glue, various stationary and our donated scrap collection will be provided to share.
