Gentle Yoga, Breathwork and Soothing SoundscapeJoin Sherraine and Jackie for a nourishing afternoon, designed to soothe your body and soul. As the days grow shorter and the air crisper, now is the the perfect time to focus on your well-being.
Let’s come together to embrace the winter season with health, happiness, and a sense of community.
We will practice some Gentle Yoga to guide us into stillness, leading you into a beautiful Soundbath with Jackie.
Gentle yoga is about slowing down, opening to silence and being still….Perfect for this time of year when we are pulled to go within.
Jackie will share a deeply restorative Gong Soundbath,
using a combination of high quality gongs, bowls and other instruments to take you on a wonderful sonic journey.
Sound therapy gives you space to rest, reflect on and integrate what is happening in your life at this time. It can help you relax, reduce stress and create a deep sense of peace and wellbeing.
We will end the event with herbal teas and mince pies to help you float home, feeling nourished and rested
We look forward to seeing you there.
