Come to Books Are Awesome on Saturday, October 24 at 9:30 AM. Enjoy a breakfast burrito and meet HD 44 candidate Richard Bowness and Douglas County Commissioner candidate Irene Bonham! Then, we will head out to nearby neighborhoods to educate voters (we have literature to give them chock full of information about our candidates and all the questions on the ballot) and encourage them to get their ballots in! If you’re comfortable, you can go out on your own (or even better, bring a friend with you to make it more fun!) If you haven’t canvassed before, we’ll pair you up with someone who can show you the ropes! It’s fun and easy and is a proven way to help get our candidates elected!
