About this Event

BURN BRIGHT. STILL THE MIND.

90 Minutes. Two Powerful Experiences. One Extraordinary Reset.

Join Andrea Fry at Hot Yoga Richmond for a unique 90-minute contrast experience.

We'll begin with 45 minutes of intentional Vinyasa that goes beyond simply moving through the familiar. With an emphasis on the foundations of asana, you'll be challenged to move with your breath, refine your alignment, and rediscover familiar postures with fresh awareness. Rather than relying on muscle memory or moving on autopilot, you'll be invited to bring fresh attention to every breath, every transition, and every pose. Expect heat, movement, and a deeper connection between body and mind.

Then, we'll make a dramatic shift into 45 minutes of deep stillness. Through guided breathwork and the beautiful, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, you'll be invited to release effort and surrender deeply into rest.

This is more than a yoga class. It's an opportunity to experience the extraordinary power of contrast—from intensity to ease, effort to surrender, and movement to stillness.

Come ready to challenge your habits, deepen your practice, and discover the power of doing less after doing more.
