Bump, Birth & Beyond: A Prenatal Lunch & Learn is a community-centered event designed to educate, prepare, and connect expecting mothers with trusted information, resources, services, and support for pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and life with baby.
We are inviting businesses, organizations, professionals, and community resource providers whose services or products support mothers, babies, and families to join us as vendors.
This is an opportunity to introduce your organization to expecting mothers, share valuable resources, build community connections, and help families discover services they may need throughout their journey.

Vendor Registration
Vendor Fee: $50.00 + applicable Eventbrite fees
Registration and payment must be completed before November 13, 2026. Space is limited, and vendor space is not secured until registration and payment are complete.
Vendor Setup & Arrival Vendor Setup: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM Vendors may arrive beginning at 9:00 AM to unload and set up their vendor space. All vendors must be completely set up and ready by 10:00 AM, prior to attendee check-in beginning at 10:30 AM.
Please plan your arrival accordingly and allow enough time for unloading, parking, and setup.
Vendors must provide their own table. Additional event-day instructions, including unloading and parking information, will be provided to registered vendors prior to the event.
We welcome maternal health, baby and maternity, wellness, healthcare, insurance, mental health, nutrition, parenting, family support, community resource, financial, educational, beauty, photography, and other family-centered businesses and organizations.
No Refunds
All vendor fees are non-refundable. Your $50 fee reserves your vendor space and supports Blessings Working Together, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and its community programming. Eventbrite fees are the vendor’s responsibility.
