Honoring the Legacy - Stepping into what's next.
I’ll be joined by a remarkable group of guests, including:
Mike and Debby Lay—who together built a company from three employees into a thriving operation of more than 150 before its sale. Their nearly 50 years of marriage, devotion to faith and family, philanthropic work, and Mike’s current service as Oklahoma State Representative for House District 68 give them a rich perspective on building well, navigating transition, and using what God has entrusted to us to serve others.
Sally Staires Mulready—with Coldwell Banker- is a speaker and teacher whose family’s longtime legacy at Shepherd’s Fold Ranch in Avant, Oklahoma, gives her a beautiful perspective on faith, family, community, and the lasting influence of what one generation builds for another. (And she's stepping into a new place!)
Along with other guests, we’ll talk about honoring what came before, leading through change, and having the courage to carry a legacy into its next chapter.
Whether you are leading a company, building a ministry, raising a family, beginning again, caring for aging parents, investing in younger women, or wondering whether your most meaningful contribution may still be ahead, this conversation is for you.
