About this Event
For ambitious firms considering their next stage of growth, preparing the brand for investment, sale or acquisition should be part of the strategy.
When a business is preparing for acquisition, brand can be an important part of the value story. An outdated digital presence, inconsistent positioning or a brand that no longer reflects the scale of the organisation can create questions for prospective buyers – regardless of how strong the underlying business may be.
So, how do you make your brand transaction-ready?
Join our panel of experts at King Street Townhouse, Manchester, on Thursday 8th October at 9am for an insightful breakfast session covering:
- How to identify risks in your current brand, from an outdated digital footprint to inconsistent messaging
- How to strategically strengthen and reposition your brand ahead of a sale or acquisition
- Why strong internal communications before, during and after an acquisition can make all the difference to its success
- How to establish effective brand governance and maintain consistency post-acquisition
- Real-life case studies demonstrating how investing in your brand can strengthen your position and support future acquisition
A selection of healthy breakfast options will be provided.
