his workshop is designed for those who already have a solid strength base and want to progress towards their ring muscle ups.
This is a technical, strength-focused session with clear prerequisites to ensure everyone gets the most out of it.
Prerequisites (required):
- 10–20s false grip ring hang
- 6 green-band assisted pull-ups
- 6 green-band assisted dips

- Dip strength on rings
- Band-assisted muscle-up progressions
