It's more important than ever that small businesses to be online. From having a Google Business Profile, to a website, social media, SEO, and more, your online presence needs to have a strong foundation to make sure you are successfully reaching your audience in the digital space.
In this in-person seminar delivered by Digital Main Street, the Digital Service Squad from Toronto will cover those building blocks to have a strong presence online and provide real-time assistance to help you establish that base.
You will learn about:
- How to integrate AI into your strategy
- Building a target audience
- Google Business Profile
- Creating a website
- Basic social media and SEO practices
Join us at the North York Civic Centre to learn and have hands-on practice for creating the basics to your online presence for your small business. You will need to bring your preferred device for online work and something to take notes.
Following the seminar will be 1:1 sessions with the Digital Service Squad team who can consult on your specific digital marketing needs. These sessions will be for 30 minute time slots. We recommend bringing your laptop or tablet if you need technical help with your digital marketing, such as a website review or SEO audit. Participants must already have a registered business and be a resident of Toronto (M area code) to receive a consultation.
Please note: Due to high demand and to provide opportunities for new participants, individuals who have previously attended this workshop are not eligible to register again.
Speaker Bio:
Digital Main Street is a program and service that helps main street businesses achieve digital transformation. The program is built around an online learning platform, structured training programs, and our Digital Service Squad, a team of highly trained recent graduates who help main street businesses grow and manage their business through the adoption of digital tools and technology.
Digital Main Street was created by the Toronto Association of Business Improvement Areas (TABIA) with direct support from the City of Toronto.
