You will learn practical strategies to build resilience in everyday life, strengthen their ability to manage challenges, and identify sources of support when needed. The session will also provide information on where to access further help and resources to support ongoing wellbeing.
Who is this workshop for?Anyone over the age of 18 who is interested in improving their wellbeing, developing coping skills, and building confidence in managing life's challenges.
