About this Event
This interactive workshop helps students understand emotional resilience and how to cope better with everyday challenges. You’ll explore how thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are connected, and how small changes can support wellbeing.
The session includes guided activities, reflection, and group discussion, giving you a chance to learn from others and share experiences. While designed with international students in mind, all students are welcome to join.
