Building Confidence, Self-Esteem & Self-Compassion

Strengthen your sense of self-worth, challenge self-critical thoughts, and practise kinder, more supportive ways of relating to yourself. This workshop will take place in a supportive group setting and will be interactive, engaging, and practical. The session will include psychoeducation, guided reflection, group discussion, and simple exercises. Participants will receive handouts to support learning during the session and to take away for personal reflection.
