Building companies that are rooted in the North but Global in mindset

To build world-leading companies that are rooted in the North but global in mindset needs more than capital and deep pockets. It also needs 'oversize' talent - individuals who have built and exited companies, who have fantastic experience and now want to apply that to help build and scale innovative early-stage companies spinning out of the North’s universities.

Northern Gritstone is a venture capital firm that works in partnership with four universities, including the University of Manchester. It has invested in more than 50 university spinouts.
