About this Event
It’s been said that our feet are the furthest thing from our mind. But did you know that your feet—the very things that ground us to the Earth—hold an important key to whole-body health and well-being? Intentional living and care for our feet contributes not only to our personal mind-body health, but also to our interactions with the outer world—from our communities to the planet itself.
Join me at Trace—The Zero Waste Store in Vienna on October 15 to explore how care for our fascia and feet help us get "unstuck" and build a sustainable foundation for improved whole-body health. In this fun and interactive 90-minute workshop, you'll gain insight into:
· How fascia contributes to multi-system whole-body health
· Why good movement matters for fascial fluidity
· Ways to get "unstuck" through myofascial release (MFR)
· Feet self-care tools to support a more sustainable base for movement, balance, and stability
...along with targeted self-care tools to put it all into practice.
If you're looking to build a better base and nourish overall movement ease, improved range of motion, and greater total well-being, this workshop is for you! Contact Carolyn Bagdoyan, C-IAYT yoga therapist, LMT, LPTA, at [email protected] for more information. $35 workshop fee includes a $10 coupon to shop at Trace.
