Join the Oneida Square Arts District Association (OSADA) for an important community conversation about public safety, code enforcement, and improving the quality of life in our Arts District.Hear directly from Utica Police Chief Mark Williams and Utica Codes Commissioner Marques Philips as they discuss current policing procedures, code enforcement, neighborhood challenges, and ongoing efforts to make Oneida Square a safer, cleaner, and more welcoming place for everyone.
This is your opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, exchange ideas, and be part of the conversation about our neighborhood's future.
Whether you're a resident, business owner, artist, property owner, or simply someone who cares about Oneida Square, your voice matters!
