Student-Made co-founders, Lindsay Reeth and Ryan McElhinney, will join this session as speakers to discuss their founding story.
Student-Made supports and promotes student-businesses of all kinds. Their branches are run by a team of six Student-Managers, working together to operate and grow the program.
About the Presenters
Lindsay Reeth and Ryan McElhinney are the Co-Founders of Student-Made, a national experiential learning program focused on helping college students turn their ideas, creativity, and side hustles into real businesses.
What started as an idea while they were students at Elon University has grown into a nationwide network of student entrepreneurs, campus teams, and university partners. Along the way, Lindsay and Ryan built a company from the ground up, navigated the realities of entrepreneurship, and learned many lessons about trusting their gut, figuring things out as they went, and turning an idea into something bigger than they imagined.
Join them for a candid fireside chat about starting before you feel ready, building something from scratch, learning from failure, and what it really takes to turn an idea into a business!
