Through activities, conversations and reflection, you will identify strategies, strengths and resources that support their wellbeing. The session will provide an opportunity to explore what works best for you and you will create a personalised Wellbeing Toolkit that can be used to maintain wellbeing and navigate difficult days.
You will leave with practical ideas and tools that can be incorporated into everyday life to support positive mental health and wellbeing.
Who is this workshop for?Anyone over the age of 18 who would like to improve their wellbeing, discover new self-care strategies, and develop a personalised toolkit of resources to support them through life's challenges.
