About this Event

5 Ways to Better Wellbeing: Build Your Own Wellbeing Toolkit

An interactive workshop for young people that explores the Five Ways to Wellbeing: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Learn and Give. Through fun activities and conversations, we will identify strategies, strengths and resources that support wellbeing and create our own personalised Wellbeing Toolkit to use when facing challenges or difficult days.

This event is for young people aged 12-15.

What is The Nook?

The Nook offers drop-in mental health support in a safe, stigma-free and non-clinical environment – without the need for an appointment.

Walk-in support hubs where anyone can visit to speak about mental health, The Nooks will provide visitors with access to support for themselves, or people they care about.

Our first Nooks are now open in Glasgow’s Merchant City and in Marischal Square, Aberdeen. Our skilled and compassionate staff are ready to support you, seven days a week.

The Nook is a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. When visiting/participating I agree to treat everyone facilitating and attending this event with respect. I understand that inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive behaviour may result in me being asked to leave and may affect my ability to attend future events.
