Come relax, unwind, and rejuvenate with us through gentle yoga practices tailored for breast cancer care and recovery. Whether you're a survivor, currently undergoing treatment, or supporting a loved one, this event is open to all. Let's come together in a safe and nurturing space to promote healing and well-being. No prior yoga experience required.
Meet us in our new location at the beautiful Santosha School of Yoga.
In this class we practice gentle yoga designed specially for breast care and recovery. You will notice a greater connectedness with the body and a calmer nervous system using the poses, breathwork, and relaxation methods taught here.

Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins to allow for quiet time. Class is held in the upstairs studio. Yoga blocks, straps, blankets, and chairs are provided. Please bring a mat to class, though some are available to borrow. You must be able to walk up one flight of stairs to attend this class.
Please print and sign the waiver form in your confirmation email (you will need to print the entire email). Additional forms will be available the day of class, so if you forget, no worries. All attendees must have a signed waiver to participate.
