I’M OPENING THE ROOM. And this one is personal.Some of you have spent enough time talking about the vision.
You know there is something you are responsible for building. It may be a business, ministry, program, platform, offer, or something you’ve already started that needs to be strengthened or repositioned.
The issue isn’t that you can’t see it. You can.
The issue is getting what you see out of your head, out of your notes, out of the collection of ideas you’ve been carrying, and into a structure that can actually support it.
At some point, “I know God gave me this” has to become:
“I know what I’m building, who I’m building it for, what it requires, and what I’m doing next.”
That’s what BUILD 27 is for.
On Saturday, November 14, I’m bringing 45 builders into a room with me in The Woodlands, Texas, for a full day of planning and strategy. And we are going to WORK.
We’re going to take a real look at what you’re building, get clear about who it is for, identify what is distinct about your message and contribution, look honestly at what has to exist to support the vision, and determine what actually needs your attention first.
You’re not coming to spend a day taking notes about what you could do. You’re building your 2027 BUILDER BLUEPRINT and leaving with a focused 90-day plan for what you’re going to do.
I want you to walk out of the room able to say: “I KNOW WHAT I’M DOING.”
Now, about the $45. � If you know my work, I already know some of you looked at that price and wondered what was going on.
I turn 45 in November, and I’ve been thinking a lot about how I want to enter this next year of my life.
Two things kept coming up for me: SERVING + CELEBRATING.
So I decided to bring it together. 45 YEARS. 45 BUILDERS. $45.
I get to spend part of my birthday season doing what I genuinely love to do: helping builders get clear and giving them the strategy and structure to move what they’re carrying forward.
I also kept the investment low intentionally. BUILD 27 is IN PERSON ONLY. There won’t be a virtual option. If you’re coming from outside the Houston area, I’d rather leave room in your budget to actually get yourself here.
So if you’ve already been saying that 2027 HAS TO LOOK DIFFERENT, don’t wait until January to start figuring out what different means. That work starts now.
