An evening of Buffy themed live stand up comedy!About this Event
Buffy fans - this comedy show is for you!
Some of Toronto's top comics will take the stage to deliver Buffy-themed stand up comedy. Expect roasts of signature Buffy moments, deep cuts, and mutual nerding out about one of our favourite shows of all time!
Costumes are encouraged (but not mandatory). Think your best Slayer-fit, your favourite iconic Willow look, or your favourite vampire from the Buffy cannon!

The venue:
- The show takes place in the theatre space in the downstairs area of Tallboys. Take a left when you walk in and head downstairs!
- The venue unfortunately has a few barriers to access. There is a large step to enter the main bar area. The theatre space and washrooms are located down a staircase, with tight corners from the bottom landing to the theatre. There is also a single step from the basement hallway into the venue room. Once inside, there is no grade change.
- There is a communal gender neutral washroom with urinals and toilets, a singe stall unmarked gender neutral washroom with a toilet, and a woman's washroom with toilets.
- Seating is self-assigned and the venue is intimate, so we recommend groups arrive early so they can grab seats together
Community:
- At this show we only speak to our own identities, we don't punch down, and isms, phobias, and aggressive crowd work will never be tolerated.
- This show is queer-forward, and trans and queer inclusive AF. All welcome including respectful allies.
- This is all about community amongst fellow Buffy-heads! If you are flying solo, are nervous, or have any questions, feel free to DM the hosts @annasebastiencomedy and @somequeerreads on Instagram. This is all about community!
- We all want a sexy, healthy time right before Gay Christmas aka Halloween. If you are feeling sick, please stay home! Refund requests will be honoured up to 12 hours before the show. You are totally welcome to wear a mask, and we'd be stoked if you rapid tested before the show.
