A CEU Demokrácia Intézet, Budapest Főváros Önkormányzata és a Political Capital idén is a legkiválóbb szakértőket, meghatározó közéleti szereplőket ültet egy asztalhoz, hogy közösen keressük a választ korunk egyik legfontosabb kérdésére: Hogyan építhetünk napjaink változatos kihívásainak ellenálló demokráciát?
A „Fenntartható demokráciák építése” témája köré szerveződő egésznapos konferencia a demokratikus és formálisan demokratikus országok polgárait érintő legsürgetőbb kihívásokat vizsgálja, és olyan szakpolitikai javaslatokat mutat be, amelyek hozzájárulhatnak a demokráciák ellenállóbbá tételéhez.

We’re counting down! Exactly one month from today, on 1 October 2026, the Budapest Forum returns.
This year, the CEU Democracy Institute, the Municipality of Budapest and Political Capital Institute are bringing together leading voices for a one-day conference on one of the defining questions of our time: How do we build democracies that can withstand the challenges of tomorrow?
Under the theme “Building Sustainable Democracies,” Budapest Forum 2026 will explore the most pressing challenges facing citizens in democratic and nominally democratic countries – and examine policy ideas that can strengthen democratic resilience.
