Join Salt & Sun Social at 264 Fresco for a Sunday morning that brings together everything we love: movement, wellness, music, local businesses, community, and a little bubbly to celebrate afterward.
Bubbles & Booty Bands is more than just a workout. It is an opportunity to move your body, meet new people, discover local wellness brands, enjoy good music, and spend your Sunday morning surrounded by an amazing community.
We will be taking over the beautiful outdoor canopy at 264 Fresco for a one-hour Pilates + HIIT Fusion class, followed by a social hour filled with vendors, games, music, drinks, and rooftop hangs.
Whether you are a Pilates regular, love a good HIIT workout, are newer to fitness, or simply want to try something fun and different on a Sunday morning, you are invited.
START WITH A SWEAT
We will kick things off with a one-hour Pilates + HIIT Fusion class instructed by Maddy and Katie of Salt & Sun Social.
Expect a fun, energetic, full-body workout combining Pilates-inspired movements with HIIT-style exercises and booty bands for an extra challenge.
The goal is to move, have fun, and leave feeling stronger and more energized than when you arrived.
Class will begin promptly at 10:00 AM.
Guests are welcome to start arriving at 9:30 AM to check in, sign the waiver, get settled, set up their mat, and explore the vendors before class begins.
We recommend arriving early so you have plenty of time to get checked in and ready for class.
BOOTY BANDS INCLUDED
Booty bands will be incorporated throughout the workout to add resistance and an extra challenge to the class.
Get ready for a full-body workout while having fun with the Salt & Sun community.
Please bring your own workout mat or towel and water.

FROM BOOTY BANDS TO BUBBLES
Once we have gotten our sweat in, the fun continues with our 264 Fresco rooftop social hour.
Enjoy mimosa and champagne specials, grab some food and drinks, listen to the DJ, play some games, browse the vendors, and hang out with the community.
Salt & Sun Social is all about finding a balance between wellness and having a good time. We believe you do not have to choose between going to a workout and going out with your friends.
You can do both.
Start your morning moving your body and finish it with a mimosa on the rooftop. That is the Salt & Sun way.

DRESS FOR THE BUBBLES
We are bringing the sunshine to this event.
Come dressed in yellow, orange, cream, or other bright summer-inspired colors to match our bubbly and mimosa-inspired theme.
Think sunny, fun, coastal, and ready for brunch.
The dress code is completely optional, so come in whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident.
