Bubba's Redemption brings together the bold distinctive pours of Redemption Whiskey and the handcrafted character of Bubba's Secret Stills for an evening dedicated to great bourbon, incredible food and good company.
First Course: Redemption Cognac Cask Finished Batch #1 paired with BBQ pulled pork salad with a peach vinaigrette.
Second Course: Redemption Bourbon 84 Proof paired with boneless spare ribs, signature BBQ sauce, and pickled red onions on a King's Hawaiian Roll.
Third Course: Redemption Rum Cask Plantation Rye paired with a poached and grilled Halibut filet with honey lime glaze and grilled bok choy.
Dessert: Bubba's Marshmallow Chocolate Whiskey paired with dark chocolate espresso sponge with mallow filling and mallow meringue.
