Join Tauna and Annie for a multi-sensory journey of sound, color, and inner exploration in one of the region’s most eclectic galleries. The HOOD is a dynamic gathering space where art, music and community converge!
The gathering begins with a gentle introduction to watercolor led by Tauna. No prior experience is needed, and all supplies are provided. Tauna offers simple, intuitive guidance that helps participants relax into the materials and trust their creative instincts. From there, you’re invited to paint freely—allowing color, gesture, and emotion to emerge organically as you listen and respond to the soundscape.
Participants will be immersed in a deeply soothing sound bath incorporating the resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other harmonic and percussive instruments. Annie’s vocal harmonics rise and fall within the soundscape, adding a human, heart-centered layer that amplifies the healing vibrations and invites profound stillness.
As sound washes over you, the nervous system softens, the mind quiets, and space opens for insight and emotional expression. There is no expectation to share, present, or display your artwork—this experience is not about performance or outcome. It is an invitation for emotional, energetic, and creative exploration, allowing your process to remain entirely your own.
