Modern Jazz with a Brazilian Soul
Contemporary Brazilian jazz filled with original compositions, improvisation, and intense ensemble playing. Brazilian pianist and composer Bruno Venturim blends the rhythmic diversity of baião, frevo, samba, and bossa nova with the openness of jazz. The result is a soundscape that weaves together emotional melodies, pulsating energy, and open spaces for spontaneous musical exploration. This internationally experienced group views the trio as a lively dialogue among three distinct voices that listen attentively to one another and shape the music in the moment. As a musical preview of their upcoming album, the ensemble released their single “Orbitando em Azul.”
