Start with buttery scones, triple-berry compote and vanilla topping, followed by lemon-scented crumpets with smoked trout, dill cheese, cucumber and crispy capers.
The experience continues with golden potato fritters topped with scrambled eggs, exotic mushrooms and jalapeño tomato jam. For the main event, savour Cajun-spiced beef fillet with rocket, avocado, roasted pepper salsa, asparagus and Italian salmoriglio.
Finish with a beautifully balanced blueberry and lemon cake, served with caramel cream and a delicate poppy seed tuile.
